The Fifa World Cup 2022 is just a few days away.
The tournament begins on Sunday, November 20th, with Qatar vs Ecuador. The Fifa World Cup 2022 final will take place exactly four weeks later on Sunday, December 18th.
Of course, the event is taking place in the middle of the main European leagues’ seasons, including the Premier League. So, 24 countries divided into 6 groups of 4, each with a team of 26 players. This means that a total of 624 players might compete in the Qatar World Cup. But what about the players who are unable to participate?

I’m not referring to the occasional player who is absent due to injury, but rather to those who are absent because their national teams did not go through the qualifying stages.
